If you’re already using our existing HGEM Go app, simply update it from launch day to access the new Mystery Dining experience.

Rest assured, you'll still be able to submit your reports on the Mystery Dining portal, should you wish!

The app lets you see available visits anywhere and everywhere - allowing you to: use your current location, search by favourite areas, or plan ahead and find visits in places you'll be visiting soon.
Simply update your favourite locations for tailored visit suggestions, wherever you go.
From helpful guides to community discussions, you’ll now be able to navigate to our user forum and support resources from within the app. Whether you need troubleshooting tips or want to connect with other diners, it’s all just a tap away.

We want to ensure every diner has access to these fantastic new features, so - before the app goes live, please take a few moments to confirm your personal details in the Mystery Dining portal.
1. Log in to your Mystery Dining portal
2. Click the ‘My Diner ID’ button (top-right corner).
3. Navigate to the ‘Personal Details’ section.
4. Make sure your mobile number and home address are up to date.
Your mobile number must be unique to you and in a valid format - this is essential, as the new app will use Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure.
If your mobile number is incorrect, you will not be able to access the new app.
As part of this exciting new chapter, you’ll also notice our updated branding appearing across our website, socials, and communications in the coming weeks - complete with new colours, cleaner layouts, and a fresh modern feel that perfectly complement the new app.
