We’re excited to introduce Mylo, our new AI assistant designed to help you complete your Mystery Dining reports!

What can Mylo do?

At the end of your report, Mylo will complete a final review, where it checks the following: 

🖥️ Spelling and grammar

🖥️ Consistency between your written comments and the scores you’ve given

🖥️ Whether all the requested information appears to have been included

🖥️ Clarity - flagging anything that might be unclear to a reader

Once its checks have been completed, Mylo offers instant suggestions on where it believes these things can be improved (if any). From there, you decide what changes you’d like to make, before hitting submit.

Mylo’s suggestions are automatically tracked, showing our team what was suggested by Mylo and what was updated by you, so we can continually improve Mylo’s capabilities over time.

Keeping you in control

The only changes Mylo will automatically make will be autocorrecting spelling and grammar. Mylo will not be rewriting your report – you are the person who has experienced it, and you remain in control of the report writing process. Mylo is simply a second pair of eyes to offer suggestions on the writing side of things, and it is up to you which of these suggestions you take on. The guidance given by Mylo is intended to help make your report as high quality as possible.

We’d also like to make it clear that Mylo is an internal tool, made by us here at HGEM. While it processes your report content to make suggestions, this data is processed in line with our standard data practices. Mylo cannot hold onto your personal information – anything mentioned within your report will go no further than the review process. It does not have access to your personal profile, payment details, or any other account information. As we’ve introduced Mylo to keep quality high and aid report writing, it is not a feature that can be disabled. Additional Improvements

We are constantly working to improve Mylo, ensuring he is as helpful as can be. If Mylo takes longer than one minute to review your report, the process will stop and Mylo will not make any suggestions. Do not worry if this happens! All reports are being reviewed by our Quality team alongside Mylo, so this will be processed as normal. 

Alongside Mylo’s launch, we will also be making the visit booking and report completion stages clearer and easier to navigate, so you always know where you are.
