It All Starts with the Base

The craft at Fatto a Mano starts with the base. Their dough is proved for 24 hours, and uses the finest Italian 00 Flour along with salt, water, and yeast to make an authentic Neapolitan pizza. The small amount of yeast and longer proving time allows for easier digestion – so you can enjoy your food without the tummy ache! You’ll find the pizza to be a soft, pillow texture, rather than thin and crispy, so the dough is a real part of the experience. 

From there, the topping options are endless. You can choose from a red or white base, both of which have delicious options that will surely leave you spoilt for choice. The pizzas are all put into the oven at 450 degrees for no more than 90 seconds, keeping it true to the Neapolitan style!
