Mint Polo in the Park to be catered by Rhubarb

Rhubarb catering company are to cater the Mint Polo in the Park event this summer, offering a bespoke range of food packages.

Those attending the highlight in the calendar of what is known as the sport of kings, will be treated to a choice of deals, including a Pukka Picnic, Cool Britannia Tea and Gourmet BBQ.

Rachel Roullier, commercial and hospitality director for City Events, who are running the proceedings, said: "Rhubarb's innovative and creative approach means that we can offer clients truly unique hospitality options."

Mint Polo in the Park takes place at Hurlingham Park in west London from June 8th to 10th and will include a Harrods Food Court and Her Majesty's Jubilee Pub.

The three day event will play host to polo players from all over the world, as they battle it out on horseback.

Starting out as a small catering company producing canapés in the kitchen of founder Lucy Gemmell in 1996, Rhubarb now serves more than 400 events from purpose built premises in London.
