Advanced reporting options to track learning


hospitalityLMS comes with 'Business Objects' reporting and has been configured to allow you to easily get the information you need, as well as to create custom reports.

A set of pre-prepared report templates is available and creating new ones involves dragging and dropping data fields onto a page - so you don't need to be a data expert. In any case, we are on hand to help you if required. Reports can also be scheduled for regular delivery to inboxes or FTP servers.

Automated emails will alert you if users are not achieving results according to the defined schedule.

We can work with you to establish the association between data you are collecting on customer feedback and that on the training designed to improve it.
