A user's learning pathway is normally determined by their job or where they work. Once everything is set up, giving someone access to the right learning is as simple as selecting their role.

Learning modules of several different types can be blended into logical programmes and presented in a clear interface. The user will be able to see their status for each module and programme, launch or book training, view related information, deadlines and documents, download completion certificates, and even provide feedback, all from the same screen.

Rules set up behind the scene can determine the sequence that learners progress through the modules, what happens if they get particular results, and when training becomes available to them.

Users can also work towards accreditations or qualifications - these can be triggered automatically by their training performance or manually assigned by a competent person.
