Most customers need some kind of incentive to
leave you with some feedback. Here are some of the more common ways
in which this is done.
For online feedback, it has become quite common to be entered
into some kind of prize draw. Often these are large national funds
which, like the lottery, your chances of winning can be slim.
Instead, we generally recommend choosing something which reflects
your brand and personality. For example, if your brand has a
regional theme, think about a drink or experience that evokes
images of that region (and in turn reinforces your brand). It may
be something your suppliers might contribute to and even send
directly.
If you choose to run a prize draw, we can apply a random process
to select the winner for you.
Vouchers to encourage a repeat visit are also commonly used. We
can generate a unique code for each one and this can work well if
you have a system for validating it so the same code cannot be used
twice.
Comment cards, although generally more expensive to process per
response, have the advantage that customers need little or no
incentive to complete them.
Mobile phone applications tend to focus more on the accumulation
of loyalty points and we can explore ways of interacting with other
functions within your application.
If you have some ideas (or even if you don't) we can talk these
through when setting up your scheme.
If you would like to talk through your requirements, please
complete a short enquiry form and then either send
it to us or call us on +44 (0)1225 470999.
