Evidence in text, photo, audio, video and hard copy

There are several ways in which we can provide supporting evidence to reports. The most common is simply a receipt and this is pasted as an image onto the report.

Photos can be useful, particularly if they can be easily taken unobtrusively and we can take your guidance on what you need to see. We can even arrange video evidence although it is important to note the limitations of concealed cameras - they are best for situations where the assessor is standing up (such as the welcome). Audio recordings are commonly used for mystery calls.

All of the above are attached to the report that they relate to. For certain assignments, you may want physical evidence - for example, leaflets or freebies handed out to a customer during a showround. In this case we will send them by post.

Finally, there will occasionally be situations that require a bit more investigation and we are happy to contact the assessor for more details about what happened, what was said, or what they experienced.

If you would like to talk through your requirements, please complete a short enquiry form and then either send it to us or call us on +44 (0)1225 470999.
