Benchmark reporting for restaurants, pubs & hotels


There are two main options when it comes to benchmarking your business against the competition. Either way, you get the opportunity to look at your business in a wider context and to influence what you become known for.

The first option is simply question tagging. We tag certain questions in your questionnaire and benchmark reports will compare the results with similarly-worded questions for our other customers.

The second option is the more specific Hospitality Benchmark module, developed in association with the National Skills Academy for Hospitality. In this case, a custom set of reports will track your performance against questions with exactly the same wording. The comparison sample is drawn from thousands of visits in hundreds of different businesses broken down by sector. A recommendation matrix will indicate which factors are front-of-mind for your customers when deciding whether to recommend and the degree of impact in each case.
